Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Wayfolks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

You must create an account to use Wayfolks. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. One person, one account — shared or automated accounts are not permitted.

You retain full ownership of all photos, text, and content you upload to Wayfolks. By sharing content within a trip group, you grant other trip members the ability to view and download shared photos. You may remove your content at any time. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

Wayfolks, including its design, code, AI models, and brand assets, is owned by Wayfolks and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application without written permission.

Trip Coins are a virtual currency earned through app activity and cannot be exchanged for real currency. Wayfolks reserves the right to modify the Trip Coins economy, including earning rates and redemption options. Unused Trip Coins expire 24 months after the last account activity.

You may not use Wayfolks to: • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data • Use automated systems to scrape or collect data • Circumvent security measures or access controls • Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization

Terra and Nova AI assistants provide suggestions and information that may not always be accurate. AI-generated itineraries, recommendations, and expense calculations should be verified by users. Wayfolks is not liable for decisions made based on AI assistant output.

Wayfolks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Trip Coins in the preceding 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, India. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
