Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Before you proceed, please review what will happen when your account is deleted.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone

Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers. Photos on your device are not affected, but shared content and cloud backups will be gone. We cannot recover any data after deletion.

What will be deleted

Account & Profile

  • Your email, display name, and username
  • Sign-in credentials and authentication tokens

Trip Data

  • All trips you created or were added to
  • Shared photos, itineraries, and group chat messages
  • Expense records and split history

AI & Preferences

  • Terra and Nova conversation history
  • Travel preferences and personalization data

Collectibles & Currency

  • All earned Trip Coins (non-recoverable)
  • Pins, badges, and display case configurations

Cloud Storage

  • Backed-up photos retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted

Send us an email

Email contact@wayfolks.com from the address associated with your Wayfolks account with the subject line "Delete My Account".

We verify your identity

Our team will confirm your identity and send a verification email within 24 hours.

Account deleted

Once verified, your account and data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Cloud photo backups are retained for an additional 30 days.
